SunJunkie Fake Tan (Mousse and Mist) Review
The product I decided I wanted to post up a review on today is a couple of products from the SunJunkie Sunless tanning range. Until recently (the last year or so) I had hardly ever used fake tan of any sort, apart from maybe the gradual tan moisturisers, but it got to the point where I felt I did want a little more colour/warmth to my skin as I am very pale. I don’t (and wouldn’t want to even if I could) tan naturally. I burn, and then go back to my original pale state. Plus there are so many health issues that can arise from tanning in the sun…

Impress Press-on Manicure Review
I decided to do a review on something a little different today and do a post all about press-on/fake nails, by the brand imPRESS. I came across this brand as a colleague at work used them a lot and recommended them to me. I had never gotten around to trying any until I received a set in a Glossybox a month or so ago. The ones I received were the medium length press-on nails in the classic french manicure style, but on the white tips there is a little glitter which is really pretty. I was really excited when I received these as I had been wanting to try…

Redken Clear Moisture Shampoo Review
A couple of months ago I did a post on the Redken Smooth Lock shampoo which I adore. After going through two bottles of the Smooth Lock shampoo by Redken I decided to try a different shampoo in their range the next time I was needing one, and the one I decided to go for was the Clear Moisture shampoo. Packaging wise I prefer this shampoo as it’s a really lovely, fresh, clean blue colour (as opposed to the brown of the Smooth Lock), and the smell is different but just as lovely, but shampoo wise, I prefer the Smooth Lock for my hair. This shampoo is described as light…

Vera Wang Princess Perfume Review – 100ml edp
My plan was to do a fragrance post on a lovely warm, slightly spicy scent for the cooler months, something more seasonally appropriate, but in all honesty I have been loving this perfume recently so wanted to share it with you all. I had known about the Princess by Vera Wang perfume for quite a while, and thought the bottle was really pretty, but had never been overly intrigued to have a smell of it to see what I thought. It was only after reading some other blog reviews and reading the notes that are in it that I decided to give it a test on my skin and low…

Smashbox Wonder Vision Mega Palette
Not too long ago I did a review on the Smashbox Wonder Vision Lip Gloss Set and raved about the quality and price of it. Well today I will be showing you another product from their holiday collection this year, their Wonder Vision Mega Palette. I love the packaging on this palette, including the box. You can definitely see from the box how the inspiration for this holiday collection came from a kaleidoscope. This palette retails at £49, which may sound a lot of money (because it is), but you get 4 blushes, and 30 eyeshadow colours in it! So for value it is amazing. I just so happened to…

Biotherm Oceane eau de toilette
This is a fragrance post/review, but with a bit of a twist! It’s Oceane by Biotherm, and it is an eau de toilette spray, but this fragrance is also good for you as it also helps to moisturise the skin which is always an added bonus, especially this time of the year when the weather here in the UK gets a lot colder and your skin starts to dry out more. On the box it says “Take a deep breath and rediscover the sensation of walking by the sea…Dive into the aquatic freshness of this marine inspired fragrance with its fresh and floral notes”. Does that not just sound amazing?…

Smashbox Wonder Vision Lip Gloss Set
So this year for Christmas time Smashbox have brought out their Wonder Vision collection. This collection is inspired by the effect seen in a kaleidoscope, full of fun and colour. This inspiraion is definitely seen more within the eyeshadow palettes, but you still get a beautiful array of colours within this lip gloss set. I had no intention of buying this lipgloss set….. until I saw it. My willpower was literally next to zero when I saw how beautiful these colours were, and what great value the set was! Holiday collections are always fun as you can get some amazing deals, in really fun limited edition packaging. This set was only…

Soap and Glory Archery Box
This post will be all about the Archery Box by Soap and Glory. It’s a double ended pen/pencil for filling in and shaping your eyebrows, which is does, quite well. On one side of this double ended product we have a pen like item, which is more of a tint for the brows, and on the other there is a pencil to help shape them. At first glance, this sounds like a really great product, and I do like it, but…. maybe not as much as I would have hoped to. I have pale skin and dark hair, so as much as I do want my brows to be quite…

Rimmel Apocalips
When these first came out I remember swatching them in the store and not being hugely impressed, so I left them and never bought any. Then a couple of weeks later I was reading through various blogs and came across a few reviews saying they really liked them, so I decided to give them a shot! I picked up two colours and in all honesty now, I can see why people like them so much. The two colours I got were Nova (the pinkier shade) and Aurora (the slightly more red shade). When first swatched on your hand they can feel a little thick and sticky and not very nice…

Benefit Rockateur Blush Review – Beautiful Rose Gold Blush
I knew from the first ever time I tried this blush I knew I was going to love it, but I decided to be good and instead of get madly excited and blog about it straight away, I decided to give it a proper test to be able to give a proper review. I am a huge fan of Benefit’s face cosmetics, and their blushes are no exception. I have the tiniest bit left in my Coralista blush and so I knew I was going to be buying another, but the question was whether to go for another of my beloved Coralista, or mix it up a bit and get…
