Nail Polish Haul – Sally Hansen and Essie

The other day I went into Boots purposefully to spend my Boots points and get some Sally Hansen and Essie nail polish, and the reason I was able to get so many, was that they were also on a 3 for 2! I had been saving my points up for these for ages, and was so excited to be able to pick up so many different colours!

The Sally Hansen ones RRP are £6.99 each and the Essie ones RRP are £7.99 each.

Sally Hansen ones I picked up, from left to right:

Wine Not, Right Said Red, Commander in Chic, Fruitti Petutie, I Pink I Can, Shell We Dance

The Essie ones I picked up, from left to right:

Mademoiselle, Muchi Muchi, Lovie Dovie, Tart Deco, Peach Daiquiri, Turquoise and Caicos, Mezmerised

Most of these are pretty true to colour from the picture, apart from the Essie Peach Daiquiri which is more of a Coral colour, where is looks really Red in the picture! (That’s my own fault for taking the pictures when there wasn’t much daylight left).

I love both these brands of nail polish (in case you hadn’t already guessed), as most of them go on like a dream, and they stay on a really long time too – plus – especially with the Essie – there is such a large range of colours to choose from to suit nearly every occasion you could think of!

Always on the look out for nail varnishes I’ve yet to try! Always see adverts for Sally Hansen in US mags. The colours you chose are very classic, will also be fab for some floral nail art 🙂 really great selection of varnishes! 🙂 x

Personally, I prefer the Sally Hansen ones! They both go on really well but I find the Essie ones generally chip on me a lot sooner!
Floral nail art isn’t something I have tried but you are right, the colours would be good for it indeed! 😀
